Gonna do a 7 hr. round trip tomorrow getting conflicting reports. One Nurse told us no brain activity will not state brain dead. Another nurse stated when the DR's yell at him to open his eyes he does That suggests brain activity to me He is still officially in a coma Not medically induced I wish he was in a Dallas hospital

Did you know that a Honda CRV will do 160 mph? We went tonight made it but not really safely Drove sober though He is not in good shape We have a free room with Wi-Fi at a friend our daughters at a bead and breakfast 1 block away from the hospital we can walk there faster than we can drive there

No he was hit by a Cadillac I do not know if he was racing it with his Honda motorcycle But the sheriffs department has stated that he was not at fault in the wreck

Waiting anxiously on an update Gpappy. It's best to hear from the doctor (s) then the nurses.

People who do wake up from a coma usually come round gradually. They may be very agitated & confused to begin with. Some people will make a full recovery. It's up to your boy on when he decides to come out of it. In the meantime, talk to him. He CAN hear you. Have faith & do NOT give up. Pray!

He is still in a coma according to The DR and he responds at times when the DR yells at him to wake up I think his wife is telling them to not share much info At 1st she was blocking visitors She found out real fast that was a mistake

Light coma maybe?
He certainly is not brain dead like that one nurse claimed; she sounds like the brain dead one.

Ask the Dr to see the functional MRI or whatever scan they did. It shows oxygen levels and blood flow.
