we also are the only team the Giants have looked good against in the past 6 weeks or so

i don't buy that excuse - and that's what it is, an excuse.... the 80s bears played crap yr in and yr out - compiled lotsa 12-4, 13-3, 14-2 seasons.... when the playoffs came, they pooh-poohed losses to solid teams during the season - said a loss is just one loss (sound familiar?).... well, that "dynasty" won one stinkin' SB....

i WANT that "HOW 'BOUT THEM COWBOYS!" agression.... i don't want to be told that beating crappy detroit makes for a solid ending/entry into the playoffs.... if ya can't COMPETE with philly, nyg, no sept-dec, how ya gonna handle them in dec/jan?!?!?!

That's not true. Philly went consecutive weeks of getting ROLLED by Tennessee and Indy before going on their current run. NO went through a 4 week stretch of getting waxed by Baltimore, Cincy and pittsburgh. Chicago hasn't had anything devastating like that, but near-losses to the WORST teams in the league (Arizona, Detroit, Tampa Bay) and getting beat BAD by a team that had lost 7 in a row, I believe (Miammi) show weakness in the ship.

None of the teams are perfect, and I'm not giving up on the team if they can get back to executing correctly, and a few disappointments step up. All NFC teams have an ugly side - and the AFC teams do, too.

Been a Cowboy fan for over 40 years, playoffs are still the playoffs. Teams who miss it have 0 chance those who do make it do have a chance. This franchise has gone to the playoffs as a WC and gone on to the SB as have other franchise. I realize our chances are not as good as some others who are also in the playoffs but I'll take a slim chance over 0 chance any day of the week.

We've seen David Carr coming to Texas Stadium and not being sacked once!...unbelievable.
We saw an Eagles team that surrendered 171 yds to Ladell Betts lock your run game,as did the Colts.The same Colts team that gave 375 rushing to an ultra one dimensional Jaguars team.
Doesn't this staff has film of how to beat teams?Do they game plan for other teams ?or just run a standard set for everybody.
Because believe me,there is plenty of film on the Cowboys and based on the latest results,they are watching it and game planning for it.
It's sickening to see the product n the field.
