It is clear from watching these that the leaders on this team are Tank, Kearse, and Dak. Lamb trying to get into that group...love the pep talk for Maher. These guys seem all in and seem to like playing with each other. Hope it carries over onto the field in San Fran.

I remember that Michael Irvin was a vocal leader for the team in the 90's, walking the sidelines and firing up the team. Aikman and Emmitt also played the role. It is very encouraging to see so many players engaged constantly, keeping their teammates motivated throughout the game. It makes me have more hope for this team, even in the face of completely flopping at times.. They have a perpetual, positive attitude in the face of adversity.
