Mild Boyz?Hot Boyz?
Mild Boyz?Hot Boyz?
I rarely agree with Mickey
But he is right about one thing
If this defense can be average, this team can win this division
It will take more than average to win the big one but average is a reasonable expectation for this season
I won't read his propaganda crap, but I do agree with that assessment. If the Cowboys get even league average level defense, they should win this division and get into the playoffs. And, if the defensive improvement continues, they might even win a game or two when they get there.
I been saying. Improve enough to be average, rank 15 to 18. But by the playoffs be playing like a top 8 to12. Then good things will happen in the playoffs.
"Tepid Boyz"?Mild Boyz?
Never a better example of that than the Bucs, Even their HC was pushing doubt about Brady. They were a mess early in the season.I agree completely. And I think we've seen a few recent examples of 'good' teams winning Super Bowls because they improved throughout the season and got hot at the right time.
Micky the super homer, mouthpiece for the cowboys, states the obvious.https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/spagnola-watch-out-with-the-gang-coming-back
Mickey talking about the injured players on offense looking good in their rehab.
Also mentions if the defense can moderately improve or even get to average, will be a big help.
Have at it.
Another guy who thinks the Cowboys offense is so super-duper "average" defense is enough. Even Mahomes' Chiefs couldn't win it with average defense, as the Patriots put up 37 on them. The next year they had a top 10 defense and they beat the Niners.

Quit watching or quit *****ing. The 8-8 crew is back, baby!
I beg to differ. The Chiefs O-line was missing key players. Thus, Mahomes was running for his life trying to make plays. If the Chiefs had Dak, that would have been a very different super bowl last year. That is why Jerry paid the man 40 large. You can’t see Dak laying 40-burgers on opposing defenses on a weekly basis?
You know that’s impossible now right?
Ahh the time of year where any positivity is met with pessimism, always great to he a cowboys fan[/QUOTE
No....it’s the time of the year that Mickey is told to write another positive article...but to stick to the outline given to him.
Injuries happen to nearly all teams and some even go far in the playoffs. This excuse is really old.

8-8-1 it’s happening!You know that’s impossible now right?

The chiefs last year are a good example of just how many things have to go right to win a super bowlCowboys Nation is very aware the D can/will improve moderately along w/the rest of the corps.
Tell us something we don't already know Spag! I beg to differ. The Chiefs O-line was missing key players. Thus, Mahomes was running for his life trying to make plays.
