I like Spears and hopefully we can work out an Olshansky/Ratliff type deal for him to stay. I am only a bit leery of him because of his ongoing knee issues and his tendency to get overweight. 4-5 years and $20-25M seems reasonable to me for a guy who has pretty much been a consistent starter for the last five years.
