Specter done with Spygate

What are you talking about? Belichick never filmed the Rams, Panthers, or Eagles. Maybe the teams he actually did film should be pissed off but don't just make stuff up.
You must forgive us. Down in Texas we remember the Alamo where 136 valiant men held off 15,000 of Santa Ana's troops for 4 days. Up in the New England area you remember one guy who had to ride for help.

Wow, 4 days! That puts defeating the British Empire and founding the United States of America to shame.

Civil War

North - 1
South - 0

Don't underestimate the might and resolve of the Northeast and its people. This is a harsh cold climate and a manufacturing base of power.

What Washington did was Heroic and why we are free today.

The U.S. Senate looking into Bill Belichick cheating is equivalent to the FBI investigating a 3rd grade fistfight.
Its not what you do, its what it looks like.

What a joke. What a waste. What I expect from those idiots.

The Civil War has exactly what to do with the Revolutionary War?

Without the Northeast Colonies taking out the Brits in the Revolution there would be no United States and no Civil War would have been possible.

North 1
South 0

:)

Every time you open your mouth and try and sound smart, all that you accomplish it that you change your feet.

When I studied History, Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown to end the Revolutionary War. Last I checked Yorktown is in Virginia. I believe the Commonwealth of Virginia was part of the Confederacy, if you care to check.

Strike two.

I thought Virginia was neutral.

You thought wrong.

In fact it was during this time that West Virginia seceded from Virginia, became its own state and joined the Union. Virginia was not one of the original 7 states (Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Lousiana, Mississippi, Georgia, & Alabama) to secede from the Union (which consisted of 18 states plus 3 states that still permitted slavery), but they did secede 2 months later along with North Carolina, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

Well, you learn something new everyday.

Actually by the last two years of the war Only Charleston, SC; New York City and Savannah,GA were permanently occupied by the British. Most of the war was fought in the North, but the last critical battles were fought in SC and VA. Most of the Continental Army was northern.

A thread about Specter and Spygate turns into a History lesson about The Revolutionary War and the Civil War. That was a big jump.

Sorry, I have a real History Jones. Mostly for the Old West though I will confess. I love History though.
