I think its pretty obvious he will get fired Tommorow.
Not going to happen. and it won't happen because Jerry never admits he made a mistake.over 600 yards and 40 first downs. this is just sad.

This defense has quit on the team. I expect him to be gone after tonight.

Marinelli for DC

Does anyone really think that there is anyone that would do better with the remaining talent or lack there of on this team? I don't. It's execution. Guys were in position to make plays and flat out missed tackles.

Firing Rob Ryan and not firing Garrett has to be one of the more dumbest decisions yet by the incredibly stupid Jerry Jones. Who did not see this coming? I know I did. The problems in Dallas begins and ends with Jerry Jones. Until this franchise is freed from the Jones Family, there is no hope.

I blame the moron that hired him and thought the cover who defense was still relevant.

90's offense and 90's defense.

Don't insult the 90s offenses.. Garrett's offense doesn't belong in the pee wee league.. At least Kiffin had his time.

The only reason to fire Kiffin would be a mercy killing.

Other than that, it doesn't change anything. It doesn't changed how injured they are, it doesn't change how many parts they lack on defense. It is what it is - it would only be change for change sake.

I don't blame Kiffin for the defensive issues any more than I blamed Rob Ryan last year. The problem is that the idiot owner has no philosophy on how to build a team, and constantly changes directions without regard for whether he has the personnel in place to do it.

And, yes, I'm saying that Jones fired Ryan. Garrett didn't make that call.

You don't blame Kiffin for any of the issues on defense? Really? There is plenty issues that Kiffin should have to answer for IMO.

In part because our offense couldn't get a first down, our time of possession was embarrassing.
Our defense was out on the field the entire game.. Did you watch the game?

Yeah, it was a total failure. But the defense is really, really bad.

Losing Hatcher, Sean Lee, and Durant was just too much. I don't think any coach in the NFL could take the group on the field at the end of the game and win with them. Scandrick, Carr, and 9 no names just doesn't cut it. OK, maybe Selvie isn't a no name, but that still leaves 8 of 11. (Ware wasn't out there - hope he isn't hurt again.)

This organization needs a top down remodel. I'd like to see someone that instills discipline, fundamentals, and toughness back in this soft football organization. Because this is an embarrassment.

Are you trying to invent excuses for this defense?

Really?

40 first downs. 40. 40!

Both sides of the ball were terrible but the defense is NFL history bad.

At this point firing Kiffin does nothing but garner "relevant" headlines for a day or two for Jerruh's team. We have 3 1/2 starters playing as of right now. Carr, Scandrick, Carter and a half a Ware. A change in coach or a change in scheme is going to do nothing to turn this defense which is made up of castaways from other teams. The injuries are unbelievable, yes. However, even with our starters we were giving up embarrassing amounts of yards.

The best thing we could do going forward is build and efficient offense and practice onside kicks to perfection...anything that keeps our defense off the field.

For those who think winning the division and getting into the playoffs would be great with this team...we would lose that playoff game in similar fashion. We can't hang with any of the big boy teams in this league, not in any kind of consistent fashion. Efficiency and consistency are huge items that are lacking.

You know, my initial reaction was that the OP was crazy... but going into the bye week, who knows what they might do. I mean, seriously we have given up 2 of the top 10 highest yardage games in the history of the NFL through just 10 games this season. It's ridiculous.

The personnel was never matched for the defense that he runs.

I blame this entirely on Jones for his weathervane football visionary ways.
