They should. Claiborne is getting Top 10 pick money and we will probably cut Carr after the season. 2 of our 3 biggest contracts will be off the team and only Scandrick and Church will be on a 2nd contract

I really like how this team and organzation is spending the money and LETTING players walk. Kudos to Stephen for that, and the whole FO. IT really seems like the whole FO has changed course over the last few years. Now, if thats to Garrett, great, if its because Stephen had enough and told his Dad "im running the show" Just as good. Something has changed for the better.

Cool tool from Spotrac

I might not be understanding this right, but seems to me obvious that positions played by more people on the team (for example WR, CB) are going to be a bigger share of payroll and thus bigger circles. To be a more effective graphic, they should divide the total spent on the position by the number of circles it gets on the chart.

In a some years that will be fewer than you'd like- our hero of a QB will be gone as will his cap figure and our team will be paying all the other guys while they try to mix in QB's either on the cheap, or on rookie contracts.

Better hope we hit on someone sooner, rather than later while we're paying everyone else.

i want to avoid a post Aikman part 2 at all costs. Well, not the cost of the offensive line. but at some cost. You know how we like avoiding that ball hawk free safety, or we despise our back up qb. That kinda avoidance.

Right, the cap hits are Carr 12.7m, Claiborne 5.2m and OScan 4.4m

Next year it could be OScan 7.8, Carr 4.7m(dead), BJones 1.9m

Why is the Dez WR circle that same size as the T Will circle? It seems like the LT should be larger too.

It is averaged by position I think. It is a app that be changed around and played with.

TSmith took a big restructure this year

Am I correct in reading that we spend the most money on our worst position?
