But he's good in situational football makes good decisions and can get better, Watson did all he could do against Alabama to win the Defense let him down he's gonna be a winner in the NFL imo yes im calling it super early, his game and decision making will translate to the nfl cause its mostly gonna be close games in NFL anyway not to many blowouts..

What makes people think that 'inside' intentions of the Dallas Cowboys organization are discussed so freely and broadly, with such non-essential personnel? I don't doubt that the OP had such a conversation, and that said convo was as described. But why buy someone's take in this way, share it and refer to (empower) them as some 'insider'. Every draft there is a player or two that is regarded as Jerry's guy- implying that the owner and head coach didn't necessarily even see eye-to-eye on a pick/agree, more or less proving that scouting preferences & decisions aren't even that unanimous between the top decision makers within the organization- the ones that matter, regarding such. I'd go as far as saying someone like the LBers coach- for example- doesn't even know or have any real weight in deciding whom the team drafts. He's probably expected to coach whatever talent they find and work with it (as he doesn't write the checks or have answer to the media on such things). And that's an example of a REAL 'insider'.
People often want to believe they are more important than they are. Moreso, people want to make others believe that they're more important than they really are. [hypothetical] Some guy gets a job with a crew that paints the bathrooms at the stadium in the offseason and all-of-a-sudden he's going around telling all his acquaintances that's he's an insider and plugged into the inner workings of the Dallas Cowboys big-wigs. No. He paints the fan shitter. His opinion is about as 'in-the-know' as yours or mine. I just don't feed big talk from 'small' people.

NO Im ABSOLUTELY DEAD SERIOUS he's already the #1 pick next year according to the experts which I had already seen what i needed to see his freshman year and with Watson have you watched his tape from freshman and sophmore seasons or just the national championship game against Alabama because they cldnt stop him? he didn't even have his best receiver this year who is a nfl 1st rd wr talent in Williams.. go back and watch his highlights of his freshman year throwing dimes and accurate passes the ball goes where he wants it to go for the most part and he's still developing , but that's ok folks didn't see it at 1st last year or the beginning of this year I been on this board saying id rather have Watson and plus id say again what ha breaking qb records as a freshman throwing this year he ran more because of Alabama did not have an answer for him Priod and that's with out the top wr on the team who got hurt the 1st game and also losing a key wr before the bowl games for getting in trouble.. so I've watched Goff ive been calling Watson the BEST QB in college football since his freshman year there is not a QB better than Watson right now in this draft

If he's as good as you say, the Cowboys will have no chance of drafting him next year, so your point is moot.
