1st round (#27): Maurkice Pouncey, C/G, Florida

Great value and can push Kosier for starting LG spot. Will eventually take over for Gurode at center.

2nd round (#59): Demaryius Thomas, WR, Georgia Tech

Fits the prototypical size for a Dallas wide receiver. Lots of upside.

3rd round (#91): Myron Rolle, S, Florida State

Had a solid Senior Bowl week and Dallas needs an upgrade at safety.

4th round (#123): Micah Johnson, ILB, Kentucky

Read that the Cowboys have interest in him. May slip due to injury.

5th round: Traded to Denver for Montrae Holland

6th round: (#187): C.J. Wilson, DE, East Carolina

Fits the mold for a 3-4 defensive end who could slide inside if necessary. Great value in the 6th round.

7th round: (#219): J'Marcus Webb, OT, West Texas A&M

Small-school prospect who has some character concerns but has a lot of upside.

I like Thomas and Hos's guy Danario Alexander as well but aren't they more of the same. Big, tall WR's?

I wouldnt like this pick personally.....Kosier, Gurode and Davis are not the 3 im worried about.....Columbo and Flo need quality depth weve got Free but need another before we should worry about guards and center....IMO

Those are all good players if picked in those slots....and maybe for the Cowboys. A WR that early may be a long-shot though...but in the late 2nd I do think Thomas would be okay value for a team looking for a WR about then....just not sure it would be us.

I'm not sure Rolle won't go in the 4th and I'm not so sure Wilson won't go in the 5th. Both are good players though. Wilson dominated Arkansas in the Liberty Bowl.

I had a tough time not picking an OT until the 7th round, but I think the best value at #27 may be Pouncey. If one of the good tackles fall to us (Bruce Campbell, Bryan Bulaga, etc), I hope we jump on it.

I was working on a draft today and wondered if anyone thinks Davis could possibly slide out to RT that way a Pouncy or Iupati could fit into the line.
