Found this on the Patriots forum. I thought it was funny and interesting. He does have a fast ball and an accurate arm. Too bad he doens't have a fast brain.

Dang if I never saw him play and just saw this video, I would think that he's super stud freak of a QB and would scared to face him. That video makes him look like a machine. There's one where they take a NFL lb and he tackles dummies and they show the force of his hits. Scary stuff. But in real life they both just suck.

i would agree with you...except he was mainly a baseball player.

no matter where you are on the field, hurling the ball with accuracy is priority #1. So, all this shows is he has an arm.

Two things: One, I think this just illustrates how super-elite one has to be, in most regards, to even get a crack at the NFL. Two, people scoffed at Jerry over his remarks, but anyone who has watched Weeden from college to the pros should be able to agree that the guy has all the physical tools from an arm standpoint. Like someone said above, you watch him throw with no defense coming at him and he looks like an all-time great. Unfortunately for him, quarterbacking requires much more than just an amazing arm. He lacks just about everything else.
