Terry Glenn for a few years? Romo had Glenn for exactly 10 games before Glenn's injury and retirement. He had Owens for two full years, before his departure. After that, it was Austin who had one stellar year, then it took Dez two and a half seasons to come into his own (he was raw coming out of college. Really raw)

Romo had two years in his career, 2007 and 2014, and a stretch in 2009 where we had a competent and complete team.
