This is the most under the radar signing of the off season..I like that.
Morris will thrive behind this line.

Morris is going to surprise a lot of people this year.

Don't be shocked if he has another season similar to his rookie year.

I'd like nothing better, but how often do RBs reverse trends that significantly? I guess DMC just did it last season to a lesser extent, but it's not very common.

well when they go to a team with a better OL than what they had ?
Morris if he gets enough carries, and has good vision to see where to run, he could do real good here.

Of his 4 NFL seasons, he's eclipsed 1000 yards 3 times and surely would have again last season if he hadn't been splitting carries. So it's not as if the wheels have completely fallen off.

Doug Martin did it last year and I fully believe that Morris will do it this year.

We've definitely got the OL, if he can earn the carries. But he's a two down player because he can't catch, and not a strong pass blocker. I think he settles into an early down role as a fan favorite who doesn't fumble and who gets the available yards, but I don't see him getting the carries he'd need to replicate that rookie season.

He and McFadden should be a good combination behind this line but I'd still like to see them take Perkins in the fourth if he's there.

I am sure it will take the coaching staff half the season to realize that McChicken should not be starting over Morris so that will probably kill any chance of him having a crazy type season. Maybe McChicken will get hurt in preseason again.

Morris is a young guy and was playing with a poor Oline in Washington. Now he has the best Oline in football. Perfect time to buck a trend. Its happened to the last 2 RB's that got the bulk of the carries here. Murray and McChicken.

This may sound crazy, but I would consider moving Morris to the FB position ala Mike Alstott. Clutts sucked as a blocker anyhow and Morris can really force teams not too focus on the RB when he is in there as a FB. Basically a 2 back set where sometimes he's a lead blocker, other times he could be a runner.

that's exactly what I am hoping for......I really like this signing....

If he has a 14-1600 yard year, we make the playoffs....

Morris will be tied to Zeke in many minds the next few years.
If Zeke ends up being a dominant game changer people will realize Morris was the signing that nudged the FO to look past Zeke.
