Who will be our starting RB next year, Felix, Marion, or Choice?

Good question. Has to be Barber but you'd better believe they'll all get a chance to pound the rock. Hopefully.

Yeah, T.C. really impressed me with how good he ran.

If it were me, I would start Felix and use Choice asw the change of pace back then use Barber in the late 3rd and 4th quarter to close out the games.

I know he gets a ton of money for being a "closer" but we are paying all these guys anyway, might as well use them the best way to get the most out of them.

I definitely agree.

If Giants 1st place running game has taught us anything, pounding the defense first, essentially slowing them down does wonders for your faster back's, which in our case is Felix and Choice. So, I see Marion Barber opening up and closing down games, with Felix and Choice sharing carries as the warm gooey center of the game.

good thread for discussion... I say Choice will be the best every down back of the three and is quickly becoming one of my favorite players but I think that barber will be because of the money we've invested in him

I think I agree with you but the fact that we spent all that money on Barber shouldn't mean he gets the nod. Gotta love the way TC was hitting the hole with authority and seemed to squirt htru the smallest of cracks.

I'm just thrilled that we can debate about 3 great RB's. What a great problem to have.

MB3's toughness
Felix's speed
Tashard's completeness

Barber will start. If they handle it right, as someone mentioned the Giants running game as a good template, you start him and let him start out pounding them and then you use a healthy dose of Felix and Choice in the middle part of the game to give them faster guys to chase around, and then you comeback and pound them to death at the end again with Barber.

Felix Jones doesn't pass block as well as Barber or Choice. Don't take unnecessary chances with Romo's health.

:)

He didn't play enough to get proficient at it before he got hurt. I wouldn't make that blanket statement without giving him a real opportunity to learn it, IMO.

Barber. But if he gets another nagging injury then all bets are off.

It would be nice for us to have one full season with everybody completely healthy.

Depends on who the OC is but my guess is Barber...

Barber is obviously the starter.

As I've said in the past, he's far better when we can limit his touches. We now have the option to do so
