The defense has shown up and Dak was MIA! This prolific offense only seems to appear against the crappy teams in the division or when down by 20 points on the 4th quarter. Dak wants to be paid like the elite QBs than he has to come up with some ball control offense and scoring when the defense struggles. There is no question the defense needs improvement but so does Dak. Top offenses produce in the NFL no matter the opponent unless they are playing the top defense. 2 games against the Saints for Dak produced a whopping total of 23 points. Even when Winston was with Tampa he put that up in one game. Dak has a lot more to prove than just beating up on bad teams.

Yes Dak needs to improve.. However he is a helluva lot closer to the top of his game than the defense is. This "the offense only seems to appear against crappy teams in the division or when down by 20 points in the 4th quarter" canard isn't even worth responding to as it has been disproven about a thousand times.. But you go ahead and keep spewing it. I'm sure there are those who will shout in agreement with you.. and they will be every bit as wrong. I have a great deal of confidence that Dak will continue to get better.. I have no such thoughts about the defense.. Do you?
