February 2007, two law enforcement officials dropped by his former downtown practice in the Heinz 57 Center office building to question him about the use of a credit card to buy about $150,000 worth of HGH and testosterone -- with a retail value approaching $1 million -- from Signature Pharmacy in Orlando Florida.

Just quoting from the article.

Ahh. Ok. Don't know how I missed that.

Huh, guess I did.

Thanks BigDFan5

Edit: On a side note, PFT called ESPN out for trying to drop the dime on the Steelers just before the superbowl like they did the Patriots last year. It was quite amusing. In the end, they declined to respond to his inquiries.

This whole thing became relevant because the Steelers were competing for the superbowl. If they were floundering in mediocrity, it wouldn't have made it to ESPN.

I'm saying I knew about the doctor's HGH connection a long time ago. This isn't as new as it was made out to be.

ESPN might be world wide leader, but they're not the only player in the game. People need to broaden their NFL news horizons to find out what's going on in the league.

This is an article from 2007

As for sharing, I don't recall whether I did or not.

I guess congratulations are in order.

But this is not a repost of your article. While it may be of similar content, it contains the steelers involvement only and may share some new information or shed some different light on the subject.

Just because you posted your article way back when does that mean that I can't post a different article on the same subject now?

I mean have we only ever had one thread concerning TO? How Bout Romo? Or Wade?

So then how do you explain the continued media fascination with us?

Big difference between some link to an article on the bottom of espn.com and being the top story on sportcenter. This story hasn't "MADE" it to espn IMO.

And BTW. In the recent light that this is old info, it's the first I've heard about it and find it very interesting. If you already know about it - great - feel free not wasting your time posting in the thread.Maybe some of us didn't catch WG's original post.
