let's see what 5countem5 has to say about this since the NFL drug testing is legit according to him.

Apparently HGH is very hard to detect under the current NFL drug testing.

Especially when you don't want to find it.

I guess congratulations are in order.

But this is not a repost of your article. While it may be of similar content, it contains the steelers involvement only and may share some new information or shed some different light on the subject.

Just because you posted your article way back when does that mean that I can't post a different article on the same subject now?

I mean have we only ever had one thread concerning TO? How Bout Romo? Or Wade?

And BTW. In the recent light that this is old info, it's the first I've heard about it and find it very interesting. If you already know about it - great - feel free not wasting your time posting in the thread.Maybe some of us didn't catch WG's original post.
BDF5 pretty much responded the way I would've. Not suggesting you couldn't post the article. Nor was I saying it was a repost, since I'd forgotten I'd even posted it. Just that I'd heard about it when his name was first mentioned 2 years ago.

Truthfully, my whole point is people need to get past the ESPN as the be-all, end all of sports news. They might be the leader, but they do have competitors.

I have a very close relationship with someone that played 7 years in the NFL (99-06). The NFL's problems are much more prevalent than any of the other major league sports and they are definitely in denial about it. It extends well beyond HGH, Roids, ETC. Many "casual" drugs are utilized on a very frequent basis.

Awful strange to me that an almost 31 yr old Harrison suddenly turns into Superman and in an era of unprecedented offensive performances the steelers D is the most dominate in the history of the NFL. Just shortly after their DR can't account for $1 million woth of HGH.

And their kicker goes balistic over lack of paper towels? Roid rage anyone?

The guy was cut twice and now he's NFL Defensive MVP of the year? Sounds like we found Rydze's "special project."
