I haven't seen the video, but perhaps it was that part where his lips were moving?

Haha Idgit I thank you for keeping this board somewhat sane and normal :starspin

Lol. Seriously. Love or hate the Cowboys, you still want to beat up Stephen A. Smith if you come across him in a dark alley. That cat is nails-on-a-chalkboard annoying, no matter what he's talking about.

Sorry, I really don't feel the need to hate or cause somebody physical harm for their opinions, especially when the opinions concern a football team that really has nothing to do with me other than I enjoy watching them.

I'm pretty sure evolution is attempting to work that way, where people don't beat each other for differing views. Unfortunately this planet is still filled and will likely always be filled with neanderthals who feel violence is the only way to settle a difference of opinion.

I love how Stephen A Smith in one Rant can both use incorrectly and yet supply a perfect example of the word bloviate...

You think we'll evolve all the way to the point where we understand the difference between 'want to beat up' and 'beat up' somewhere down the road? Or where we'll understand overstatement for (admittedly) mild comic effect when it's couched alongside other overstatements (I don't actually think his voice literally sounds like nails on a chalkboard, by the way). Or are we doomed as a race to just get to the brink of communicating clearly when we read things?

I have my own suspicions. But it's hard to tell how much to weight them sitting here with my sloped forehead and my reptilian brain and my knuckles dragging painfully against the carpet when I'm not using them to type on my keyboard or scratch myself.

Awesome reply. I thought Stephen A Smith was annoying until I read "benson's" post. Wow....

Looks like ole five head has a big green eyed monster on his back. LOL

1. Dallas is a hype machine.

2. Sixteen years and one play-off win.

3. Average team.

So this is the point he was making.

Where were any of those points wrong?

Win and all this goes away. It's that simple.

Win and you shut up SAS, ESPN, Mike and Mike and every other person in the media that you hate because they remind you of these facts.

If killing the messenger was a capital offense, Cowboyzone would be renamed to death row.

Show me, don't tell me through the press that you have changed Dallas.

Prove it on the field.

Win a significant game in the post season.

:lmao2: :lmao2: :lmao2:

That fool says they should have kept T.O. because he called out players and made the team better!

I don't like Skippy, but he sure did make some good points about why the fool talks about the Cowboys...day after day after day!

And, Smith the fool, says the Cowboys are always in the news? WELL DUH! He's in the news talking about them!

Also, Smith sounds like some of our beloved posters with the one playoff game in 16-17 years....Smith posters.

:laugh2:

Obviously you don't understand hyperbole. You really think he wants to do physical harm to Sa.Smith? if that is the case we have a bigger issue then people being "neanderthals" and wanting to solve everything with violence. It's called stupidity.

I happen to agree with all of this which is pretty rare. But TD3 is 100% correct until Dallas changes and wins this is what it is. Let Bayless, SAS, M&M and however say what they want it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. Dallas needs to win and they need to put a better product on the field end of story
