I don't know - when I buy a car, I walk in with the cash money and tell them this is what I'll pay. I've had to walk a couple of times but for the most part I get the deal I was after. I doubt seriously you'd have pulled Cooper for less than a 1. Jerry likes to haggle - maybe SJ doesn't.

Yes, they are 100% in on Prescott.

All I care about at the QB position is consistent winning, Dak did so with a perfect storm in 2016 but has clearly been piss poor since.

If he can not get it done go get a QB that can in the draft, like some of us wanted in 2016.

They are doubling down on Prescott right now but this move at least puts more focus on him giving up a first for what they view as a difference maker on offense.

I never stay loyal to a player if their production is getting worse and certainly do not want to sign a player long term who has only had one good season.

They got Dak a weapon, get to it or it will be time to look at paying the price and drafting a QB in 2020 when the better QB’s are available anyway.

Consistent production at the QB position is essential to win in the NFL, we have not seen that lately, if it does not change soon, it must be addressed.

Justin Herbert, Carson Wentz and Alex Smith in the Division is not a good sign for the Cowboys Future. Look for the Commanders to find a true Franchise QB before the Cowboys even think about replacing Mr. No Vision
