Take whatever timeline the Dr. Joneses give and multiply it by 1.5 then add in another six and you get the real prognosis which is the Spring of 2026 :muttley:

Already giving him a pass for staying out of training camp. Great job Stephen. Heaven for bid you push him to be ready for training camp. Maybe he and Zeke can hang out in the sidelines next camp :)

He’s a liability if he’s not getting INTs.

And hes not gotten more than 3 in a season outside of his one good year.

He should’ve never been given that contract.

Can’t cover and avoids contact.
Agreed! I still remember his horrible playoff game against the 49ers a couple of years ago. He was never the same player after that IMO. Yet I also knew the Jones Klan was going to pay him. Utterly predictable.

Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones on @1053thefan on CB Trevon Diggs’ latest knee injury: “He was having to play with fluid in his knee. He was out there doing everything he can because he wants to play, he wants to compete, he wants to contribute.

“But unfortunately he (suffered) a new injury that has to do with cartilage. It’s certainly a very legitimate injury that’s gonna take him some time to recover from.

“… I don’t think he’ll be a player during training camp. I think his timeline is going to be right about the start of the season.”

Diggs misses a lot of things like paying his rent.

Jerry and a lot of fans were completely fooled by that one good season.

Hindsight is 20/20. Certain positions you don't gamble on and you give big contracts to. CB, DE, LT QB.

Sounds like he tore another ACL. They rushed him back to fast.

The signs were all there even in his good season.

He led the NFL in yards given up that year.

He was never going to have an INT season like that again, but the horrible coverage and avoidance of contact were just who he is.

You don't lead the NFL in INT's if your coverage is terrible. You go for the pick and sometimes you are going to miss. If we had any actual decent safeties it wouldn't have been as big of a deal. I remember the Patriots game where Diggs missed and Kazee was right there. He was in perfect position to make the stop but he whiffed and the guy went in to score. Diggs is credited with the yards given up though. But even then, I'd rather guys be aggressive and go for the ball rather than the style of D that Zimmer plays with guys 15 yards off the line.
