Gillmore and don't forget about cooks. Cooks is a true number 2 complimentary receiver.

Both him and Gilmore are veteran players that filled needs. These are the types of pickups we've seen other teams make for years... they were good moves.

Cowboys are LEGIT corners. Don't sleep on Bland.
Who in the heck is sleeping on Bland?

He hand a bundle of INTs last year as a rookie, and even the announcers in tonight’s game talked about how good he is.

I ask again……who is sleeping on Bland?

Long gone are the days of Brandon Carr, Morris Claiborne and Gerald Sensabaugh just to name a few.

They've built something special with this secondary and the depth is incredible, no other unit from the last 20+ years comes close. Back in the 2000's we had solid pieces like Newman, Roy Williams and a few others surrounded by a bunch of jags -- now we have a whole squad of fast, skilled, physical players.

One of Jerry’s better trades. He’s had some doozies but this one, for one game at least, looks good.
Yep. Jerry has made some pretty bad trades in the last 10 or so years but this trade was a home run. He complements Diggs well, brings experience and leadership to the secondary, is a major upgrade from Brown. Jerry knocked this one out of the park. Good job Jerry. Jerry has put together a nice secondary of Diggs, Gilmore, Bland, Noah and the safeties. I give Jerry the credit because I blame Jerry for the bad moves. Got to be fair.

"Solid enough" lol

I would take our 4th and 5th Safeties over the starters for the Eagles lol
Dude, I owe you an apology. I said that Eagles game was over and you said hold on. Good call.

yep, Gilmore made the defense better with his play. Such great add on.
I liked that hire, but was skeptical as to which Gilmore Dallas got, the All Pro or the one just trying to get another year. Dallas has gotten some a year or two late... But looks like Gilmore still ain't done yet, has some mileage in him. Great having him opposite Diggs.

Note to Self: Always look for the playmakers who are hiding on crap teams

We have 90’s dynasty depth in that secondary now. And with the pass rushers. They still have 2023 team beat though in DT/LB depth.

Both excellent pick ups. Solid veterans on solid contracts. Fill out the team with these types please and thank you. Having said that Parsons is the man. Truly changes everything. He has moved the needle for everyone.
