Would anyone oppose calling Miami about a trade for Xavien Howard and what would you give up.
He'd probably hold out here, too, until Jerry gives him the bank vault.

We like our guys.
If Stephen wants to improve the team he should look in the mirror and fire who he sees
We really going to start AB or Joseph, vs the wrs we face this season?
Take a look at next year’s cap for this team. They can’t afford to keep what they have, much less to trade valuable assets for someone else’s huge contract.
I’ve never heard a team say we are trying to get worse lol
Though the actions of a few sometimes say that when they dump salaries
I don't know, they'll be able t work some contracts, some will come off the books, and the tv money is right around the corner, expecting the cap to rise a lot

You can take a look at the Cowboys 2022 cap situation at spotrac. Here it is.

They’re set to be $20 million over the projected $208 million cap increase.
While true, free agent signings are becoming more and more regrettable for teams these days. They rarely work out like planned, and those contracts end up being a burden. You're right, but they don't aggressively try and get better either. that's my point. Stephen is too frugal
that's before cuts and restructures right?
That's a pretty high bar. Are you sure?

I want them to be more aggressive, too, but I understand the reluctance.
Yes.
They’ll have to cut at least two big contracts just to get under the cap. They can’t afford to be adding any big contracts.
if you truly believe that, the cap is manipulated on the regular. teams like KC keep adding and they're supposedly capped strapped

I think they think they make good decisionsYou're right, but they don't aggressively try and get better either. that's my point. Stephen is too frugal
IMO, Corner is not a big need for this team right now. Safety and interior DL are much bigger needs.
