This was as predictable as the sun would rise in the morning. We all know this can only end one way.

After they jettison the contracts of Dak Zeke & Tyron. . . They will have a ton of money to sign free agents in 2 years

The success of this year will determine if we draft a QB in the 1st based on draft position . . . This appears to be the only way to acquire talent at that position without breaking the bank

Either way I would be delighted because if they are Successful with Cooper it will be because of the monster that is Micah thus proving a talented Rookie may be able to carry this team in a year or 2. . . Or if they tank We get a True QB high in the draft

They do this all the time. Shoot, they were telling us Jaylon Smith was going to possibly play long before any rational person would asssume he could play. When that season ran out and he didn't play, it wasn't like the Jones lost anything. Nobody remembers or cares that they lied out their butts about an injury. They are likely doing it again with Dak and Gallup. When they come back weeks after Dr. Stephen or Dr. Jerry said they will back, so what? People won't care they were off by weeks as to when guys would be back. They'll only care the guys are back.

Rush should play the next 2 games and if he beats both div opponents he should start vs Rams. Now when they re-insert Dak as the starter whatever point that is KM had better stay on top of the game plan and adjust accordingly. If dak looks bad again while rush was still looking good then a certain part of the fan base, media, nfl fans in general are going to be calling people out.

I think we need more neutral observers here. Instead of quoting what Cowboys connected people say, I'd love to hear from Giants HQ for example, who'd they rather go up against.

I mean as much as I like Cooper and as much as I think that the team as a whole plays better with Rush, Dak is the better QB nonetheless. Still not top five and definitely not taking us to any championships, but the better QB as far as raw talent goes.

I mean come on people... I really miss the calm moderate voices here.

Most organizations would say "We'll ease him into practice & see how things respond. From there we will determine a timeline. He will only be back on the field once it's established that he's fully ready."

Of course hes not LOL doubt he plays wash either but rams and eagles that his goal... that was easy to se. he needs 2 weeks for stitches to fully heal..then test it.

Injuries heal at their own pace. Talking about them publicly like an idiot will not speed up the process at all.

russ came back after 3 weeks last season with broken middle finger that had surgery and a pin. Its possible but for sure i doubt hes back before the rams game..best to give it a full rest and tests and before rams/ eagles are far more important to have all hands-on deck.

i think Rush with this defense can beat NY and WASH

Personally, I think we have a pretty good defense, but regardless of it being Rush or Dak we're still weak at that position.

The defense is good enough it seems, but the offense will be hamstrung by the QB no matter who it is. The QB this team needs is not on the roster right now.
