Predictable. The FO is blaming the players and coaches for the turd that was laid in January.

It’s clear that Stephen and Jerry believe the roster they assembled is good enough to win the SB.

However— what is so painfully obvious to everyone but Stephen and Jerry— is that none of the rosters they have built over the last 28 years have even been good enough to even win a divisional playoff game.

It is maddening to watch this franchise continue to chase its own tail, as the FO continues to blame shift and pat themselves on the back for the “good job” they are doing running the franchise (into the ground)
Even more maddening is that once again, they have no idea whatsoever why we lost. Not even a clue.

They won because the two trades they made to get older vets here that were disappointing? Or the terrible draft that was beyond bad? Or the lack of activity in free agency yet again? What is he talking about? Someone needs to go to the Total Recall machine or something.
Yeah, I have no idea what the hell these idiots are even talking about.

I am assuming the two trades for Gilmore and Cooks is what they consider winning the offseason?

They cant be talking about that abortion of a draft last year, not one single contributor, including our first rounder.

It's tragic that Stephen thinks they won the offseason last year, when it wasn't nearly so. A true sense of reality could help him tremendously!

I guess the sugar plum fairy has already visited Jerry and Stephen before the draft starts tomorrow.

Quitter mentality and a sense of entitlement. Why try harder, do better. I flunked the test last time I studied, so why study? The cancer isn't in the locker room it is in the front office.
no it is the do more with less philosophy.
Do more with less or no big contracts no extending, and even if they do more you still dont get paid big lol.

And they didnt win the offseason, they screwed that up big time, but just dont realize it, as they can and do live in their own
fantasy world.

Good post. Proper football management requires knowledgeable, competent leadership. Dallas' two decision makers have been trial-and-erroring their football management competency since day one. Their mutual football knowledge before day one was playing for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Some people nudge Jerry Jones out of conversations concerning who is really running the front office. Well. The guy *really* running the front office essentially says their offseason moves were exceptional but the players and coaches they assembled could not get the job done in the playoffs. In no way does he believe his father and him have not put the best team on the field.

Final results say more could have been done in preparation for the entire season but he believes more than enough had already been done. That is not a good management position or philosophy to take in any form of sport or even business.

Took them 20 years to even realize that you have to have a good OL. Remember Jerry's comment? "If you have a mobile QB, you don't need a good OL."

That was one for the ages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You won the division and 12 games.
And lost for the exact same reason you always lose. Can't stop the run. Sooooooooooooooooooooo, what's their next cockamamie theory on stopping the run? 300 lb CB's?

How did we win the offseason last year? We traded for Gilmore and Cooks. Signed Ronald Jones, Chuma Edoga, Trent Sieg and Brandon Aubrey. Aubrey was a winner, but other than that we did basically nothing. Then look at the 2023 draft class!

Let's face it. We are not winning anything for a while. We just have to wait out the Jones era before we can have hope again. These guys are incompetent and dishonest. Gaslighting is their talent.
