He's the only one, I think tonight that changes tonight and in the 3-5 range tonight. What about you

We should be pretty set up to get one of the better udfa qb's with romos age too

Well it better not change tonight, since tonight is only the first round and if we take a QB in the first round heads will explode.

McGee is actually a good example of why Jerry has actually come out on top in the arguments that we should be drafting QBs these past 6-7 years.
Basically a wasted top of the 4th round pick.
However, I guess the opposing argument would be that we often waste 4th round picks, so why not on a QB.

Anyway, so far, Jerry has dodged the proverbial bullet. The drought may end this year, and barring a trade, I'm almost sure it will end by next year.

Twice...but it is a bit of a tricky thing.
Aikman and someone else in the Supplemental draft after Aikman..Walsh.

If we take a QB in this draft that is not Jamison, Mariotta or Petty...I am not sure the QB we draft will be any better than McGee.

In other words...seems like a weak QB class to try to draft one.

Doesn't matter who we draft if we won't let them play.

We really do not need to draft a QB at all.
If Romo goes down long-term we are done and can suck then draft his replacement.
Then that guy can play and develop.

Drafting a guy to sit on your bench at QB has proven fairly useless. Unless you are banking on someone overpaying for your back up you hope never pays it is pretty pointless.

I am not sure Petty is better than McGee. At least from an upside standpoint. Petty is definitely better coming out but McGee is arguably the better athlete.

I never thought McGee was a good College QB...I thought Petty was a good college QB.

I think he has much more upside in the NFL.

This is why you'll here Goodell say.... "The Tennessee Titans have traded the #2 pick. The Dallas Cowboys are now on the clock."

Now take a wild guess where we're going with that pick. That's right, screw you Browns; screw you Eagles!

Next years QB's crop is looking tough at the moment.

Let's make up for it by drafting a QB from the 2nd through the 7th!
