Years ago they used to say we have to grab our lunch pails. Then it changed to put our hardhats on. Now it's chopping wood. Basically saying a blue collar approach is the solution. Work hard and we'll get there.

That means they are not firing any coaches or cutting any players lol, and they coaches will be doing all the chopping .
It wont do any good because the coaches and players are too dumb to fix things on their own.
