no one saying he sux but he has issues with consistency in snapping and getting bullrushed etc..no sacks = dak running for his life OR having to throw the ball away or off target given he was rushed and avoiding the sack there ton of pressures coming from that area..sorry not saying replace him but id try Farniok head to head all off season may the best man win. Maybe TB is better at LG..who known. This is the time to check that out.
I watched Biadasz closer than any other player last season.
If you remember early in the season people were calling for his head for a snap or two that Dak had to reach for. He also got pushed around at bit in the first Philly game.
Other than that his play was outstanding. Certainly above average. In no way should we have been looking to replace that player.
Then a few things happened just after the Minnesota game.....
McGovern replaced Williams.
Biadasz run blocking fell into the toilet.
The offense as a whole struggled from then on. I understand the two 50s but those teams were barely trying and were missing many players.
Wasn't much better once Williams started again....so it's really anyone's guess as to what the problem was. At any rate it needs to be figured out because thats the biggest issue on the team.
It was clear last year that the offense needed to carry the team....and they couldn't once LG/C became a problem.
The defense was certainly good enough. No one expected a healthy offense to fail last year.
Doesn't matter if your QB is Dak Prescott or Joe Montana.....still need to pass protect and have a run game to succeed.
That HAS to be fixed or the rest doesn't matter.
Obviously won't be a big time FA and that's fine because need appears to meet opportunity at pick 24, and Farinok looked OK to me, and the potential for that second year leap is there.
