The 2024 off season was the worst off season I've ever witnessed.

There was zero sense of urgency. It probably set us back a couple years in fact. It didn't have to, but its not like they were going to come out the next off season and aquire twice the talent.

This guy might be worse than his father. At least Jerrah is somewhat entraining. This guy just says the same tired stuff over and over and believes the fans are dumb.
I mean if you have had a sense of urgency every year and you haven't sniffed a super bowl in 30 years than how bad do you suck at your job?

Same guy who didnt want to pay Deion Sanders.

He also led us to Zach Martin over Johnny Manzel, if im being fair.

Hes ultra conservative. Unfortunately that isnt an effective tactic in free agency.

All we can hope is he learns from his mistakes, or hires an actual GM. I have little doubt if he took over tomorrow we'd become the Walmart of NFL teams.

I worked for a large international corporation where we had a literal life or death situation in the business. I can tell you that we used the rallying cry of "A Sense of Urgency" for all of our staff.

None of what our entire division did looked like this.

To be fair, they’ve done a decent job, given the limited cap space.

They are currently 20-25M over leveraged. All of the 2027 rollover cap is tied up with Pickens.

I think the OSA trade was terrible. Left us with a 16M dead cap hit.

At the end of the day I don't mind waht has transpired so far, but the message could have been, "This team has more work to do. We can't be satisfied and we have to focus on performing for the team, the coaches and most of all the fans."

Stop babbling. Cancel the draft party bus. That is just the wrong message.
