Stephen: We feel Dak is going to be a healthy QB for us and give us a chance to win championships

Yes, GM Jethro built a SB team and Dak sucked and ruined it all by himself.
I'll ignore the strawman that you TKO'd with this vicious comment and clarify my original post:

Dak has played better in previous years than he did last year, on better rosters than we have now, and it still wasn't enough. So the idea that Stephen really thinks he's capable of leading a worse roster to championships, plural, is pure fantasy nonsense.

Unless of course you're saying that you think GM Jethro and his dipstick son will assemble a roster good enough that an older, slower, worse version of Dak than you've seen in the past can lead them to Championships? Is that what you're saying?

Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones on @1053thefan on continuing to restructure Dak Prescott's contact: "Obviously we have a lot of confidence that Dak's injury was one of those that was just unfortunate. ... We feel like he's gonna be a healthy, productive quarterback for us that will play at the very top of his game and give us a chance to win championships."

Stephen is the worst.

Oha.

Now its ChampionshipS.

Pluralisms always make me chuckle.

BTW: The guys feelings i want to share. Not much knowledge but man has he a lot of feelings.

And lost because we couldn't stop the run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, let's get us some more WRs and CBs, maybe a TE or an injured LB or two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I totally agree and understand. But that wasn’t my point. I’ve been asking for a defensive tackle for more years than I can remember I’m tired of being let down.

Not last year. I think watching the best QBs play, you can see why they are the best. Damn the statistics, which really don't tell the entire story.

Josh Allen wins games for Buffalo. He makes big plays. Mahomes carries the Chiefs on his shoulders. Burrow, is just better than Dak. Who was better last year, the kid from Washington or Dak? I just think when you watch QB in the NFL, Dak is good, but he is not on par with the best. Even Dak's biggest fans have to admit that.
I agree with everything, but Mahomes, he choked twice now in the big game

It is in his DNA to run his mouth. That said, Stephen Jones would have been okay simply saying, "Obviously we have a lot of confidence that Dak's injury was one of those that was just unfortunate."

Right or wrong, there is nothing wrong with being confident or acknowledging football and injuries unfortunately go hand-in hand.

Could have stopped there but nope. Nostradamus has feelings. "We feel." Your feelings mean squat.

Have either the team or Dak Prescott's personal physician comment on how they feel about his health. Perhaps then observers will feel like they received a concrete assessment from a professional who knows what they are talking about--instead of a rodeo promoter.

"We feel." lmbo.

Because the Cowboys had a backup QB capable of helping the Cowboys continue to win until Dak came back.

And now?

Dak has missed 29.4% of the games over the past three seasons.

This is typically a number that doesn't improve over the age of 30.
That’s a totally different conversation

I don't believe Jerruh or Stephen could build a roster for any QB to win a SB.

It's amazing how more delusional this ownership gets every single year. It just gets worse and worse.

You'd think people who got rich by "well digging" would know when stop drilling in the same place when it's clear the spot is dry. In Dak's case "gimpy".

What makes anyone think Dak will be healthy? Dude tore muscle off his bone without being touched. This wasn't a fluke hit in the wrong spot or landed wrong injury...he was simply running.
