He actually said that at the end of this mess of an interview. Where he talks about continuity and change. Continuity with change. Changing while simultaneously being constant or whatever the heck he's saying. He is his daddy's son.

I want you to remember this in the spring when it turns out we did the same damn thing again. You're already seeing it with the coaching staff.

The gall for him of all people to say this.

They HAVE been doing the same crazy things for 29 years with the same results.
What is he talking about???

This is no longer a serious franchise.

The Jones family has turned the Dallas Cowboys into the NFC’s Cleveland Browns

Never...EVER underestimate the capacity for human hubris...or the temerity with which it can be delivered...with a confident smile or a straight face. I've thought for a few years now that the son might just be WORSE than the father. With segues like this, one really has to wonder.

Yep. Much worse than Jerry. Don't try to wrap your mind around the likes of a Stephen Jones, Owner, President and General Manager some day.
Let’s just all hope that he’s playing football guru guy because that’s what daddy wants and when Jerry dies the rest of the family will force him to sell while still #1 valuation

So how has Stephen Jones done his job differently over the same time frame as McCarthy? If you want to preach, be sure to live by your own words or shut up.

Wow… he cannot help but piss in our pocket and swear it’s raining.

Quite possibly the most grotesque combination of tone deaf, arrogant, ignorant, entitled, and incompetent leadership in the history of the NFL

Please sell the team. Or please let there be some Snyder-esque scandal that forces the Jones family out.

So tired of this once proud franchise being run into the ground by Beavis and Butt-Head

When you're the Booger Crew you keep doing the same thing and call it something else

"This year we aren't looking at speed guys in the same way. We're looking for hard nosed, tough, I mean mentally and physically but it doesn't hurt if they have speed too."

"We don't know what we're looking for, but we'll know it when we see it."

"When we drafted our QB we got our money's worth. He is the best bang for the buck in that particular draft."

Please don't tell me insanity is hereditary!

The NFL had their chance back in the party bus days. A few photos came out, but one can only speculate on the sordid stories people who were there could tell, stories that could make Sodom and Gomorrah look like a paradise.

However, this happened at a time when Jerry was in the process of making tons of money for the other owners and it was easy for them to ignore Jerry's (and Stephen's) immoral shenanigans.

Why are we feeling the need to be "Dak friendly" with a guy who is the highest paid player in league history and has been in the league for almost a decade? That just highlights everything about how this team operates. It's typical Cowboys. Jerry is criticized for giving that deal to Dak so now instead of focusing on what is best for the team he is focusing on trying to justify to make that deal look better and be able to say he was right. It's just non-stop with these idiots in charge. Anyone who wanted defense in the first round, forget about it. It's absolutely going to be Offense.
