NM don't believe?

Couldn't tell from all the people I've ran into today.

Seems appropriate. It was, after all, only one game (no matter how dominant the team looked). If one wants to be super-charitable I suppose one can argue that they've actually been playing like a Super Bowl contender for 5 and 1/2 games. That certainly justifies some cautious optimism. Should it remove all doubt, after seeing thise team pull a Jekyll and Hyde routine for the past several years? Can't say, in all honesty, that it should.

Good!!! That means the majority will be in shock when we surprise everyone. I love the doubters and so do our players. Give it another day or two and we'll here that we didn't beat the same Seattle team from last year lol.

I don't necessarily think it's hate, I just think it's show me 1st. This Cowboy team seems to be different than the past teams but I can't blame anyone for not jumping on the bandwagon just yet, especially when they haven't played a division game yet.

You guys sure care a lot about respect.

I, frankly, couldn't give a rat's behind who believes in this team. It doesn't effect the results on the field.

Exactly. This isn't college ball where polls mean anything.

And really, I can't blame anyone for being pessimistic, even after Seattle. The Boys have been an emotional roller coaster for years. This team looks like it is really, really good, but we could be 15-1 heading into the playoffs and I'd still be biting my fingernails waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Do you blame them? 5-1 is great but really we have accomplished nothing yet. We have had early success not that long ago. 2007 and 2008 come to mind. Even in 2011, we were 7-4 and had a favorable end to the season and we crapped the bed in every of those seasons.

I loved the Seattle win but I am not going to celebrate like we are Super Bowl contenders yet. It's way too early in the season to even be talking about the Super Bowl for any team.

at some point you gotta quit running behind the bandwagon holding on with one hand, and pull yourself up and jump on and enjoy it.

there will be other losses this season. This team is finally playing the way a cowboys team should. The roller coaster is over.

I was on the Eagles forum today and someone said "Lets see how the cowturds look in week 14 in Chicago after they take their beat down butts to the windy city".

We are 5-1. We demolished one team, overcame a 21 point deficit to beat another, blew out the next team, won a gut check game in OT, and then beat up the schoolyard bullies in their own playground.

How many teams do we have to beat before people quit saying "Oh yeah? Well wait until..."?

Couldn't agree more. Love how the team is playing but still a long ways to go. I just hope they keep playing like they did in Seattle. Will stole their soul!

Amazing how only three states can carry almost half the votes nation-wide.
I wonder how general and presidential elections would go if the voting would open up to online voting.

Well- and abolish the ridiculous electoral college, but I'm not getting into that on this forum.

Or any forum honestly. Debating politics is like trying to run in rancid bacon grease.
It doesn't even smell good and bacon is should always smell good!

Oh yeah- and nobody goes anywhere either.
That happens too.
