after watching some true breakdowns of the contract, in reality its 4yrs 50mil.. he guaranteed right now for 24mil as of today, 37 when he reports next march he will be fully vested after year 2 and reports to camp for year 3..so we are looking at a 4yr deal worth 50 if he doesnt get suspended or holdout. thats 12.5 per over 4yrs after that if he starts breaking down, Fo can cut him with a small dead money cap hit..Zeke is on a deal that pays him 102 million cash value over the next 8 seasons.
That’s an average of 12,869,000 per season.
Bells deal gives him 52/4 which is 13.25 per season.
Gurleys is 71.5/6 which is 11.9 per
They set the market with guarantees overall.
Not with average salary.
..the Cowboys won with structure , EE won with feeling like technically hes highest paid..thats win win for both sides and thats why it got done..I believe EE can EASILY play at high level 3-4 more years, we could NOT have said that if Zeke allowed himself to be used up or had major injury the next 2 years before new deal or FT was put on him, its why this was smart for both sides, get paid now and earn the guaranteed portion while still playing at high level..
.
I like it..
Lets talk football.. or argue Daks worth now hes next 110 plus guaranteed..hmmm not liking that..
