Stop blaming the officials when you lead by 14 points in the 4th quarter

Just because we gave up a 14 point lead to A. Rodgers (not 40 but 14) on the road, we shouldn’t talk about the blatant game killing calls by the refs in OT?

They need dumb arses like you to keep this show going

so the dumb arses aren’t the people blaming the refs and saying there’s a bias? Seems to me if you think there’s a bias and still watch every week that would make that person the dumb arse

This defence is not good. They can’t stop the run.

The offensive coaches needed to pound the rock more and rely less on the overpaid jag at quarterback. Dak is just not good. He had 2 chances to win that game and he choked. Kellen Moore choked. Mike McCarthy choked. The defence choked. This all after a bye.

bottom line it is the same guy running this team that refuses to change … jones has no interest in winning.

1) defense was atrocious- ran all over, had a 4th and 7 up 2tds in the 4th quarter
2) Dak wasn’t very good, 2 bad INTS
3) coaching
4) undisciplined
In my opinion, this loss is on the defense. Dak threw 2 interceptions, but put up 28 points against a bad offense and the defense couldn't hold up. Let's not forget, this same offense scored 9 points last week against the worst defense in football.

Ok so let's say that's a playoff game, and its tie game in 4th quarter say dallas doesn't blow a 14 point lead, how important would that missed on purpose call would have gone?

You blaming Dak for those 2 INTs in itself is atrocious. Stop giving advice when you can't even be man enough to admit the truth.
The standard, WRs, TE, OC, OL, defense, refs, HC, all suck, thumb, shoes to tight when will everyone understand the game like AC and start appreciating the HOF quarterback who gets let down by the rest of the team. I feel bad for Dak having to play with such inferior talent but don’t worry he will get a good nights sleep, AC what number does he use you seem to know all.

We do indeed and the refs aren't one of them.

Every close game comes down to moments where some guys perform and others shrink. We seem to have a QB who shrinks in the big moments. Our 50M man should be counted on to convert a 3 and 4 with the game on the line.
The 50 million dollar guy threw a perfect pass on 3rd down. A very clear PI stopped that completion. Refs are paid to do their job too. Missing a call that clear is shows he did a poor job too.

"It's okay for the refs to screw us out of the chance to win on our last drive because we screwed up earlier in the game."

That's nonsense.

I'm relatively new here. Over the years, when refs make bad calls that we BENEFITED from, was there equal outrage here about the refs not being perfect and making flawed decisions/calls that severely benefited us at the expense of the other team?

Hmmmmmmmm?

I'm thinking not....that people here just kinda brushed those off, as "just part of the game"

I don't blame the defense, necessarily.
The game plan for us was to stop the run, which we're not good at and which is the reason Parsons spent much of his time at linebacker.
I said before the game, if Green Bay is smart, it will run. I guess they're smart.
I also don't blame the defense because Anthony Brown - as much as Cowboys fans want to rag on him - is our fastest and most experienced corner.
When he went out of the games, that changed the dynamics.
For all the praise Daron Bland gets, he's a rookie. And he got exposed.
So did Kelvin Joseph.
Green Bay had a great offensive game plan.
Green Bay exploited our weakness - run defense. Expect to see that more from teams that can run.
This was our Denver game.

Where I put the blame first and foremost is KELLEN MOORE.

We're running the ball down the Packers' throats. Even our second/third-string back is ripping off big yards.
We have the Packers defense on the ropes. We have an opportunity to tire them out.
But do we stay with the run? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
We MUST put the game in Dak's hands.
And then Tolbert lines up off sides (something Pee Wee football players can get right).
A holding penalty here. A motion penalty there.
No, I'm not blaming the refs because this has been symptomatic of the Cowboys offense for YEARS!
I'm not going to start on Dak. He is who he is. I've already accepted that. He's the brotha man Kirk Cousins.
That is who he is.
And waiting for him to hatch into an elite quarterback is just a waste of time and frustration.

But KELLEN MOORE is the offensive coordinator. He is the man who calls the shots.
He can say, "No more audibles." He can say, "We're calling 10 straight run plays, and we're going to slam it down the Packers' throats."
He's the one who can come up with a creative formation - like the Packers did - to get receivers open.
We've had the weapons over the years and the offensive needed to advance farther into the playoffs, but we've come up short.
Yes, Dak has a part in it, but KELLEN MOORE even more so.
We're going no where with him as coordinator.

And even if we do get to the playoffs, mark my words, we will be undone by coaching.

I won't even start on Mike McCarthy who was more interested in his reunion than coaching his guys up to win in a game we should have won going away.

This. Losing cultures blames the refs. Did you see how Minnesota was cheated in the final two minutes of regulation when a Bills receiver dropped a ball and the refs made no attempt to stop play and review? Yet the Vikings found a way to win.

Let me suggest that one of the many culture issues that is problematic during a game is that no one of the Cowboys sideline has the power to fire a player. That guy is in the owners box.

That's nonsense.

The referee was weak - time of decision - No PI call when it was blatant.

Interesting there are 7 officials out there.
And little teamwork.

I'm sure another one saw the play and had PI in mind - but would not invade another official's area.
Time of decision - No call....

There was a couple really bad calls. One on Joseph on a assumed "blindside block."
I think Joseph is trash on defense, but on special teams he's effective. That penalty was just plain garbage.

Like I always say, you can't just blame the refs, but they're inconsistent.

Yep, they are not perfect at applying ever changing rules to 22 track stars whizzing around them at high speeds while a ball is zipping all over the place.

Sometimes they don't make correct calls and it hurts us. Sometimes they don't make correct calls and it benefits us.

We can either live with the reality that it all evens out... OR we can move to a place where every play is scrutinized by cameras and off field rule judges to ensure 100% correctness....however 75% of plays would have Holding, most games would last 7 or 8 hours, and most scores would be 6-3.

OR, we could just grow a pair and stop acting like jilted 14 year old girls.

I am placing some of the blame on the Almighty Quinn. Why were the Cowboys so conservative on defense? On that 4th and 7 Quinn rushed 4 guys, none of whom got close to Rodgers and he made a big play for a 1st down. This defense 's bread and butter is the pass rush. When that disappears they are pretty ordinary, especially with two backups in at CB. I know it's Aaron Rodgers but they needed to get him on the ground.

Coming off a bye they looked like they lost their mojo on both sides of the ball.

I 100% agree. 46 pass plays when your team is running like that. Putting your defense back on the field after constant 3 and outs. Moore thinks this is Madden and players don’t have fatigue. It’s sickening and our playoff hopes won’t change until he is gone.

It is the QB's fault when you are halfway through a season making miscommunication errors halfway through the season. Timing with receivers is a minicamp to week 1 issue.

Well the officials always seem to somehow be involved in the game whenever we go to Lambeau that twist or turns the game somehow. But up by 14 we should have never let the stripes be a factor even if they inevitably would have at some point anyway.

We have many problems:

Defense gave up a 14 point lead
Our Run Defense
Our Pass Defense let a rookie smoke us
Our QB/WR’s are not on same page after a bye week
Interceptions
Penalties
Coaching
Blatant Bad calls or lack of calls by refs

Other then that we were fine

Stop blaming the refs, team played like it usually does and deserve to lose the way they played

When the refs kill your game potential game winning drive in OT then you can blame them. Dallas got jobbed by the officiating yet again in the most critical moment.
