This. Losing cultures blames the refs. Did you see how Minnesota was cheated in the final two minutes of regulation when a Bills receiver dropped a ball and the refs made no attempt to stop play and review? Yet the Vikings found a way to win.

Let me suggest that one of the many culture issues that is problematic during a game is that no one of the Cowboys sideline has the power to fire a player. That guy is in the owners box.

If it was then you are trying to avoid the truth and rationalize YOUR team getting clearly screwed by the officiating, and it cost them the chance to win the game.
