I think that we should come out in the no huddle offense next week. Here's why:

1. The offense is the obvious strength of this team
2. The Commander defense is okay, but their weakness is definitely their secondary.
3. Romo has been playing with much confidence latley
4. The skins offense is not a come from behind offense
5. Romo has looked most comfortable when running this type of offense.

Thoughts?

NOVA Cowboy your game plan makes to much sense.

You are probably right. I just dont know why an offensive minded coach would not do that....A playoff berth is on the line...Play your strenghs

i dont know about that, the Skins can put up some points.

have jimmy johnson give a motivational speech on tuesday.

have michael give one on wednesday

have randy white threaten them with a beatdown if they lose while they board the plane.

Defense -
I normally am not a fan of Zone coverage, but we are going to need to play it. This defense is swiss cheese, they need to keep everything in front of them and be able to keep their eyes on BOB. Bend but dont brake defense. Do not over react to the play fakes and boots. Hoping the defense can get a couple turnovers and hold them to FG's instead of touchdowns.

Offense -
Stay balanced, we always play better on offense if we can run - got to keep the defense off the field, got to convert 3rd downs, got to win on 1st down. Obviosly their secondary is a weakness, we have to take advantage and our WR's have to come up big. BALL SECURITY.

And if Garrett has kept anything in his hip pocket for some kind of trick play, this is the week to pull it out.

You are right. When they control the ball and dictate the flow of the game. I don't think all year they have kicked in the mouth, except for the game against Pittsburgh. It would be interesting to see them react if they got down by 2 scores or so. I just wonder if we have the defense to keep them in check if that were to happen. Again, I just want to us to play to our strengths, which right now is our offense.

well if the skins watch tape I imagine we will be seeing alot of dump off passes to Morris. The Saints brutalized us today with RB's catching passes out of the backfield and we NEVER ADJUSTED!

couple of weeks ago i saw them come from behind and beat the Ravens

We need to call more plays like we did against the Steelers and Bengals, and less of them like the called today against the Saints.

Garrett is still heavily favoring the pass even with Murray in there and back at 100%. We really need to use Murray more to control the tempo of the game (and hope he hangs on the the ball )

The Commanders have never thrown more than two passes to Morris in any game, and he has only nine catches all season.

Yeah. I watched that too. During that game, they were never down by more than one score. I am just saying I would like to see how they react by being down by more than one score. If we use our no huddle offense and if the defense can show up for a bit, perhaps we put the in a situation they are not used to. We have proved we can come back, they have not.

Well it could, and probably will come down to who has the ball last. Both teams are hurting on D, especially us, so it will come down to efficiency on offense.

We just can't have any turnovers like we did today with the Murray fumble. RG3 doesn't turn the ball over like a normal rookie QB, so we can't turn it over either.

I expect a heartattack of a game, so bring your heart medication.

...now what will see Morris turn into Megatron and burn us through the air.

I wonder if the Skins will look to sneak backs out into patterns ala Saints and try to exploit the inexperience of our lbs?

This is off by a lot. Garrett favored the pass today because Dallas fell behind early, the defense couldn't stop the Saints from scoring and the Cowboys didn't possess the ball long enough because of big plays in the passing game. Also the way Murray ran today and fumbled what reason would their be to run the ball a lot in a game like today. Passing the ball and not running the ball very much was not the reason we lost this game.
