In these sports athletes/teams can't dodge opponents. Fedor is good, but not that good. Lensar and Carwin would beat him fairly easily. He dodges good competition.

until he proves other wise Lesnar is the biggest joke in MMA (litterally)

He's gotten rocked on his feet by average strikers in every fight but his K-1 MMA fight. Fedor would KO him if he hit him and he's a far better striker then anyone Lesnar has faced. If he somehow got it to the ground he'd get armbared before he even knew what happened.

M-1s opponent picking shenanigans is sickening but to claim 4 win Lesnar would beat him is wishful thinking at best.

I've seen Fedor rocked good once in Pride where he stumbled around a few sec before finishing the fight, The other times, including Rodgers, he never lost control of the fight, The UFC 4 win wonderboy was stumbling around after Mirr and Couture hit him, not exactly top strikers. Fedor has fought and won against every style of fighter, Lesnar has had 5 fights...

Fedor has had it pretty easy as of late but to somehow use that argument to try a justify Lesnar being better is absurd, Lesnar has won 4,.. 4 fights! and the best he's fought is a 500 year old Couture, not exactly impressive

I agree he dodges competition but lets not get totally crazy here. There is no way anyone could possibly know if either of them would be him, let alone easily.

...What? Are you high? He's only been stunned one time and it was by a knee from Mir in their second fight. He wasn't anything close to rocked by any of the other guys he fought.

The first time him and Mir fought I'm not even sure that Mir actually landed a strike, Herring never hurt him, and Randy certainly didn't rock him.

And the moment he actually beat some MMA fighters he stopped being a joke. Maybe to fools who really wanted to see him completely fail he's still a joke but the minute he beat MMA fighters (which Couture, Mir, and Herring all are) he stopped being a joke.

Fedor fighting Werdum (9th ranked HW). He is protected by management and dodges top fighters. Who knows, maybe he beats the HW in UFC but until he steps up and fights other top rated HW then he is overrated imo. I would love to see him fight Carwin,Lesner, Cain or even JDS.

Lesner has all of 4 MMA wins EVER... and is coming off of a life-threatening illness.

The UFC has nothing close to Fedor.

I really, really like Carwin but he is basically a big sprawl and brawl guy. He was nearly knocked out by Gonzaga.

Fedor is by far the most accurate of the HW punchers and he has wrestling/bjj(sambo) skills.

He is getting older and will eventually decline but the UFC hasn't feilded a decent HW champ since... ever.

Fedor has beaten how many ex-UFC champs now? That's right EVERY SINGLE one who leaves the cloying arms of Dana White.

Fedor is not going to sign with the UFC because they literally own you in the contract. They keep your rights to all revenue for LIFE. It's a decent deal if you are a nobody coming through TUF but for a megastar that's insanely bad business.

Fedor is the champ and has been for 9 friggin years.

The UFC has fielded nothing but his underlings. Fedor has defeated every HW champ that left the UFC. EVERY SINGLE ONE.

Lesner has won 4 fights, lost 1 and been out for over a year! Good Lord. Fedor has zero reason to sign his life away to join the UFC for all of 1 worthy opponent: Carwin.

2 years ago the UFC had a worse HW division than Affliction, than Strikeforce and just about anyone else who bothered to host fights. They had big Nog and Mir and that's it. Brandon Vera was very nearly the HW champ! Tim Sylvia was the champ... so was Arlovski.

Fedor was never rocked by Rogers. He had his nose broken on the very first jab but he dominated Rogers every second after that. I just re-watched it again last night. Fedor crushed Rogers with big, accurate punches. Rogers had nothing but long jabs and lots of fear.

Overeem represents a more respected challenger than anyone in the UFC. That would be a tough fight for Fedor because Overeem is insanely strong but also quick and accurate with his punches. Carwin is the best fighter int he UFC but once he beats Lesner the division is basically done. You have Cain and JDS left. JDS is too small to fight Carwin so that leaves 1 fight.

Not sure what he is talking about but Couture did cut Brock's eye at about 3:45 of round 2. Brock didn't seem dazed to me but he did spend time wiping his eye. He also had Brock pinned up against the cage for about 3 minutes over the 2 rounds.

Brock was just so much bigger it was insane but for a guy having 15 months of ring rust Couture didn't look bad at all.
