I like the subtle changes to the font. Looks more modern and crisp. I like how the donation thing is just a clean, blue string of text.

A rather long quote is automatically condensed.

You have to click a link to view the whole quote.

It's annoying when you want to pick out a particular part of someone's post to make reference to in your reply, if it's farther down the post.

Now when someone quotes someone, it doesn't have to be very long for the quote to be truncated with a "view full quote" link. I guess the idea is to stop someone from quoting, for example, a whole article. Sounds like a good idea, but even pretty short quotes get that treatment, and sometimes what the person is replying to doesn't make sense without the full quote there.

I see. Yes, it does seem to be set far too short. Perhaps they can tweak the settings.

I don't understand what you are saying .. when you reply to a post, it shows the full quote in the message box that you type in making it easy to pick out what you want to quote. That being said, when you are replying to a post, that post you are replying to is not truncated at all so that's not an issue either.

I'm saying that in my reply, the quote is truncated.

We know that. But the full quote still exists with the link. If you want to quote just a particular portion of the post why not clip it?

It is beyond annoying to see a huge article get a 1 line response. This prevents that.

Something that Reality added that you guys don't see is a size limit of pictures. You know how sometimes pictures that get added extend beyond the screen and you have to scroll right to read responses or see the pictures? Not anymore. The site will automatically re-size them to fit so huge pictures will nto explode our of the frame now.

Right, it's a welcome change. But I'm not sure it's the best idea to have a quote that is only 10 or so lines truncated. As you can see, it has truncated your quote right now and that was not a lengthy quote at all. If it is truncating quotes of this length, it becomes more annoying to have to hit the "view full quote" button every time than it does to see the entire quote. If there's a way to change the settings to where it only applies to much longer quotes, that would be appreciated.
