He was looking good with Panthers too. He's been improved for a while, he also had flashes of potential with the Jets. Darnold was stuck with two bad coaching staffs during his most formative years as a QB - that USC coaching staff sucked and he regressed in his final year with them, then got stuck with another bad coaching staff and organization in New York.

His Rose Bowl performance is probably the best I've seen. Some of the throws he made only a player like Rodgers or young Mahomes could have made.

I still have have two football and a baseball...from junior high in the late 70s. Still work. The green one is my favorite. Second football, version. The white one was the first. Still have that one too. I loved thw Atari tabletop
