Anyone notice that there is no SNF this week??

Anyone know why? Is it because of the world series??

Yes they do that every year.
Ever notice how much better the FOX main game with Aikman and who ever they throw in the booth is, without Joe Buck. Since he does the Baseball during playoffs and world series. I think last week it was Tom Brenaman filling in.

The NFL needs to realize that not every NFL fan likes to watch baseball. Damm, they can atleast put a crappy SNF game on that can't compete with the WS like Texans vs Bills

Watching baseball is so damn boring =(

What am I to do tomorrow night now? LAME.

Eagles vs Giants is the only Philly vs New York that matters =(

I thought this was the game that was a SNF game but saw that it's the Eagles/giants game in December

That deal should only apply to World Series games in October.-IMHO
Sunday will be Nov.1...does anyone realize that all 5 professional sports are playing at this time. It's ridiculous.
NFL
NBA
MLB
NHL
MLS???If anyone really counts that as a professional sport in the US.

It doesn't.

I'm not sure NHL counts either.

But don't forget NASCAR. :D

The NFL and MLB have a deal IIRC. It helps the World Series from having a crappy Sunday night rating.

:lmao2:

A week 8 matchup in the middle of the football season will draw higher ratings than a championship game.

Love it

i love baseball, sorry you other guys dont. your loss.

Baseball was the game of my youth. I played it as much as I could and watched all of it I could. That was back in the '70s.

Free agency completely destroyed any sense of team in the game, for me. I couldn't really follow a "team" after a point because its roster seemed liked it was torn to the ground every year and rebuilt with different players.

Then the last strike really put the nail in the game's coffin for me.

Its not the game I grew up loving, anymore.

Not sure what people still see in it.

I'll take college and pro football, or live hockey, over baseball anymore.
