GB was held like crazy on that 3rd and 1. No call. But Philly is then gifted a 15yd penalty for as weak of a penalty as you can get. Those flip a game in a hurry.

Too little too late. This is why all penalties aren't created equally. They missed a blatant hold on 3rd and 1. That would have been massive. Refs throw GB a bone but Philly is already well in scoring range.
