Sunday waiver news/tweets around league

I think Boone could have been a starter over cooper for guard, but he would not been there at 29.

He's a vested veteran. He's a free agent right now. Doesn't have to go through waivers.

I think.

The Seahawks have a very nice front seven, for sure. They are established already, but don't underestimate what Dallas is building. Dallas is full of promising young players ready to prove themselves. And since Seattle has a similar scheme, it's easy to compare. Seattle may still have the advantage due to experience, but our Boys are young and aren't far off. (When healthy, the talent level is comparable)

  • Sean Lee = Bobby Wagner
  • David Irving < Michael Bennett
  • Demarcus Lawrence = Cliff Avril
  • Maliek Collins = Sheldon Richardson
  • Taco Charlton < Frank Clark
  • Jaylon Smith < KJ Wright
  • Stephen Paea = Ahtyba Rubin
The advantages will change as OUR young guys establish themselves too. And I haven't mentioned guys like Damien Wilson, Demontrae Moore, Tyron Crawford, Anthony Hitchens..
Agree with all but the Avril/DLaw take. Avril is a stud. With respect, Knot. We need DLaw to regain that 2015 form. At this point it's been one season with The Kraken freeing up 1 on 1 match ups and a playoff game for Law. And some flashes.

LOL.....remember him?

Jets released LB Bruce Carter.
Carter survived initial cuts but the Jets needed roster space for some of their waiver claims. The 29-year-old recorded 16 tackles over 121 defensive snaps last season. His phone probably won't be ringing off the hook with offers. Sep 3 - 4:53 PM

Front sevens work hand-in-hand with the back four.

Where's the breakdown of their Secondary versus ours?
