Is Goff a bus driver?

He is a not "take over the game" or the elite level type of QB, that leads a team. He needs a supporting cast and certain things in the game going well for him. Which is why for the Goff being the number one pick and Dak being a 4th pick, I don't see much of a gap between them.

He is more of a game manager to me. Even though the first round Picks are usually more of the type, where teams see the QB as the "lead the team" and not be carried by the team type.
