Yeah it’s kind of hard to prop up Hurts in a 6 to 37 beating. He played well but to act like he's why they won is nutty.

I know we go back and forth on Dak but that’s why I’ve always said qbs get tooo much credit for wins and losses. This is just a dominant D effort by the Eagles. I’d give Hirts more props for the first sb than this one tbh.

This is simply that Hurts is not a top 10 QB and is borderline top 15 (he might be the 7th-8th best QB in the NFC). The Eagles are winning because they have a top 2 OLine (and it probably isnt 2), a top 2 RB, a top 1 WR room, a top 10 TE, and the best defense in the NFL with multiple elite players at every level. This is a Super Bowl demonstrating if you have an elite GM who can build an elite roster you can win with league average QB play.

I'd argue the Cowboys roster is superior to the Chiefs. Well maybe that's extreme. But I don't think Chiefs roster is that good but if they can get Rice back healthy...with Hollywood, Worthy..they'd look a lot better receiver wise.

I mean this game is literally an example of you can have someone who is not a top 10 QB but surround him with top 10 players and you can win a Super Bowl. Now granted they also gave him a top 3 defense but the Eagles are so loaded that they can win with the 15th best QB in the NFL.
