I live in ny and every player and celeb for this game is in ny. Not nj. Every day on the news jersey people are complaining about ny getting the focus. It's NY GIANTS AND JETS. Not nj. And their governor is a cowboys fan. Good job
MetLife is irrelevant until Sunday, its not even within viewing distance of manhattan and no one that flew in for the game has any reason to head to the meadowlands from now until then. The party is in manhattan.

Who is W.B. Webb?

Edit: lol, didn't see your quote underneath the picture.

What makes that pic worse is they used a pic of the guy in his practice jersey and not his real uniform. That party has all sorts of fail written on it. lol

I don't know what you're talking about. I'm giddy at the thought of meeting NFL superstar Akeem Spence.

I like the fact that they managed to spell "Jaiquawn" correctly, but somehow managed to mix up the only two letters in Webb's "first name".

That takes a special kinda talent to mix up two letters. lol

I was sent a text by a friend, that SB tickets were selling at 2002 prices. no one wants to go or pay that price. And I can't blame them.
I have not looked to verify that though.

I saw this morning on a Dallas news affiliate that the average ticket price is down 40%.

lol.

Roger Goodell is to blame for a cold weather Super Bowl.

smh.

Practically every decision made by the NFL is agreed upon by the owners. Goodell is a mouthpiece, essentially.

Roger "The Godfather" Goodell. :)

In my opinion, the NFL will get what it deserves for bowing down to John Mara. The elements should not factor into the league's championship game. Superior play should dictate the performance of the best two teams in the league. Nope. Let's mix in some traditional early February, north New Jersey weather into the title game. Now, THAT's excitement!

The Nielsen ratings will be out of this world!

Its fair that people from the north can enjoy a Superbowl near them.
If you are the best team, you should win in any condition. Period.

Those Super Bowls have already been played. :)

Ah sorry, didnt pay attention to the numbers. Thought you were meaning the next three SB.
And thats too small %. New Orleans or Florida might have hosted more than the whole cold area put together lol.

I would put one in warm weather and one in cold weather every 2 years.

I would totally support a warm/cold weather rotation as long as the cold weather host sites would be restricted to cities which have domes. Currently, that's Detroit and Indianapolis. Minneapolis will be back in the Super Bowl running for hosting a climate controlled Super Bowl when the Vikings' new transparent ethylene-tetraflouroethylene roofed stadium opens in 2016.

NFL fans in the northern states should have access to a Super Bowl more often. I simply disagree that the league's premier event must almost assuredly be dictated by the elements.
