I think if selected it will be for a late round pick.

Yeah it typically is. Josh Gordon is one of those guys I always think about and I Think he got taken in the 2nd round and he was a projected 1st. But typically guys get taken 3rd round or later regardless of their skill.

Poor Texas Tech,they got screwed royally.maybe teams should vet these transfers more bfore giving them 5-6 million.

or better yet, require them to "earn" the contract via play not just as a signing bonus
