I lift weights and thought I would show you what I found in my bottle of Creatine recently....

I was getting out my usual dose of multiple capsules and usually do not spend the time to actually look at them but for some reason I looked down and saw what appeared to be some specks on some of them. Turns out something inside was in quite a few of them. These are just a few of the ones I found with specks...

Then, I emptied the entire bottle to have a look at the other capsules and this is what I found...

I am not sure what it is but on close inspection, it appears to be a cricket or cockroach leg imbedded inside the product. I contacted the company and they quickly wrote back that the pictures turned their stomach or whatever and that they were willing to give me double my money back and another different product of Creatine. I haven't taken them up on their offer. I thought I would post this so you could make sure to not always trust what you consume.

What brand of creatine is that if you dont mind me asking?

I just stick with the EAS protein and im about to cut some fat for the next month and a half so im going to try a natural fat burner called Mega T Green Tea with Hoodia.

Anyways thats pretty gross.

Yeah I told them in an email right away and I got a reply back promptly and they said that they would double my money back and offer to buy me another Creatine product then they said-"fair?" They also asked me to mail them the "offending" product and gave the address but I am not sure I want to send these to them to have it swept under the rug.

I also contacted the website where I bought it and they too responded within the hour and said that they would forward my email to the CEO and VP and that I should be compensated with at least a discount on my next order. I haven't heard back from anyone so not sure what to do at this point. My main thing is I told them that I hadnt gone public with anyone yet and hadn't planned on it if this could be taken care of properly. They said they were glad but I still think for what crap is in this-its pretty bad. I know I didnt consume a mouse in a cheeseburger:laugh2: or anything and I am definitely not sue happy so it isnt about money. I really want to tell others who buy this product on a certain website who made it and to watch out for this type of manufacturing, but I havent as of yet.

Be careful with the thermogenic, stimulant type of fat burners because they can keep you from sleeping well even if you stop taking it within six hours of sleep.

Alright cool cause i'd definetely like to know so my friends and myself can avoid taking any of their products.

I can understand if its a freak accident but come on now.

The problem is that there are what seems to be right around 15 plus that have little pieces of junk in them. The product worked and it was good creatine and the insect abdomen I may have eaten was probably just their new version of packing creatine with pure protein.:bicep: :ralph:

Which means you can probably get a lot more from them. I'd talk to a lawyer. You could probably get a free "consultation" from one somewhere, then if you decide to take legal action (you put these things in your BODY) he'd begin to charge you.


It's worth looking into, and since I brought it up, I expect 2% of whatever you win.

Honestly I started taking them about a year ago and I remember I had trouble sleeping then too.

I haven't taken them in about 6 months but summer is like a month away and I need to get rid of at least 15 pounds.

Plus its Green Tea Extract... How bad can that be?

Im just ready to get this show on the road starting monday and im sure as heck going to enjoy all the food I cram down between now and monday morning.

If I were you i'd do a google search and see if more people have had problems like this with the product.

Do as much research as possible.

If their is a lot of complaints about the product then maybe you should think about doing something other than letting them sweep it under the rug.

Well they want the offending capsules which I cant do but I need to prove it somehow. So many people nowadays do crazy things for personal gain. I want a lab to see this so they know I didnt mess with it.

...local governmental agencies if you want something done about this. It wouldn't surprise me that some of this was bottled or capsuled in a foreign locale where the hygiene standards are not the same as North America.

You have some options here. Either settle this with them privately or blow the whistle on them.

With all the news stories about anti-freeze toothpaste and lead painted kid's toys, I'd either take legal action or settle it with them for something more than just "double your money back." If you send the pills pack, I wonder if you could keep one or two as evidence. At least you have the pictures. IMO, I would consult lawyers before doing anything with the company. Also, I agree with Yeager. If they didn't get defensive but seemed understanding and helpful, that means they've probably had this kind of thing happen before. Best of luck man.
