If your concerned about the publics well being, you need to contact an attorney. No matter how you dice it up, getting legal council is the best route. It wouldn't do you any good to sue them as no harm has been done to you.

resister at ExpertLaw.com/forums I'm sure you'll find some answers there.

Before I got side tracked with work earlier I was also going to mention that in order for you to be able to take any legal action against this supplement manufacturer, you would need to have those pills lab tested to see weather or not there was the presence of any substance that would dangerous to people, and that could be expensive, and I would doubt an attorney would pay for that.

Chances are good that the supplement company already knows about these Crispy Cricket Creatine® and they just want to protect their reputation by offering you double your money back and a competitor replacement in exchange for you keeping your mouth shut.

So why get an attorney then if I dont do anything about it.

They are also going to want to test the pills to see if they have been opened/tampered with.

If your completely satisfied that no harm has come to you thats great, but, being the good man that your are, it might be good to do a little follow through to insure that the rest of us are safe.

Think how you might feel if someone, even someone in your family took that product and died, and after an autopsy found crickets and roach particles along with a deadly drug was found to be linked to that companies Creatine.

What if that product has been tainted by someone within the company with murderous intentions?

I know you have good heart, or you would not have posted this thread in the first place.

I'm not saying you should sue for money, just saying it might be good to ensure we are all safe.

Which means you can probably get a lot more from them. I'd talk to a lawyer. You could probably get a free "consultation" from one somewhere, then if you decide to take legal action (you put these things in your BODY) he'd begin to charge you.

This is an interesting comment -- I'm interested to know whether folks who use supplements and have such a concern about what they put in their body extend that 'put in your body' issue to things like produce and meat -- not trying to be confrontational here but most of us eat some much worse stuff than insect legs every day.
