No one has a faster combine time than pro day. Guys who ran 4.39 at pro days like mo and revis ran 4.50 at the combine.

And let's call his 40 time 4.50, that'd be 48th percentile. At face value, his 4.42 time is 80th percentile.

The 40 is about what I expected or a little faster. But I did not see those explosion numbers coming at all.

I'd say Surtain being a 4.50 guy is credible, give or take a tick. Not a high-octane time but nothing that will drop his draft stock either.

His 39" vert and 10'11" broad jump though ARE high octane, and compare pretty well with Xavier Rhodes and Jalen Ramsey.

Didn't they both run low 4.4s at the combine. I wish they could of did some type of combine to have more relative data.

^^ bingo. EXACTLY what I been saying. The 40 time is just antics. It doesnt matter if your a sound FB player. This dude is a cant miss stud. theres only about 5 in this entire draft. Surtain, Lawrence, Slater,Sewell, and Zaven Collins. Love Richie grant tho..
