Swaim has played 93% of all snaps

1. You don’t have to have a tight end, on the field to run the ball.

2. Knowing the team is a run first offense and the TE is so important. The fact they have 4 scrub TE’s on the roster is a joke. And that’s the fault of the front office and the coaches.

You don't take the TE off the field when you want to run the ball just because a fan doesn't like Geoff Swaim getting high snap counts, either.

It is the fault of the front office for not having an adequate starting TE on the roster, yes. I think everybody here realizes that, but it's worth reiterating, I guess.

Do you hold 4 tight ends on the roster for one guy to play 90% of the snaps? Seems pretty dumb to me.

Thanks for giving me clearance to re-iterate things if I want. I was worried I wouldn’t have your blessing at first.

If his out there, what the heck is he doing ?

6 Attempts in 3 games ? 228 snaps and 4 completions with 6 attempts ?

Something is seriously wrong, get him the heck outta there ASAP !

Where is Rico at ?

He doesn’t call the plays. This past Sunday was the first in which he has been part of the game plan, and he responded with a nice game.

Carrying 4 TEs is an expensive luxury. But then, that wasn't what we were discussing. You just changed the topic to another one that happens to have 'TE' in it.

And I wasn't giving you clearance. Only commenting on something I thought was so obvious it didn't need to be said as if it were a point people were disputing in order to have the post be easier to agree with.

Your real point is that the TE1 shouldn't be on the field as much as he is, even for a running team that relies heavily on it's TE, and even though the guy also plays in STs.

What my wacked brain took away from those tweets is that Rod Smith only has 23 plays. I thought it was a lot more than that. Is Scott lumping him in the same boat as Rico?

Many teams don’t utilize the TE. Even the Pats until Gronk returned.

I bet defense coordinators love playing Dallas. We put in our least talented player in almost all of the snaps. Heck, I bet I can run faster than Swaim. My 40 time is around 8 seconds. Slower than most cheerleaders.

Wow.... you're coming down to our level..lol welcome!!

And our best catching TE, Rico probably has two snaps total. This FO has to be the dumbest in the NFL.
