So he said, "It's not the first time and won't be the last"? Sheesh. Couldn't he have said, "I'm going to work on this and get a lot better"?

Comment rubbed me wrong too.

We'll keep him back there for better or worse.

i am becoming a pessimist cowboy after today...for some reason this loss really got me upset even more than Denver
I think it's because this game should have been a lock. We had our foot on their neck (even with sloppy play first half) and could not get out of our own way.
Let me ask you this. When the Rams went down and scored the field goal right before half, what were you thinking?
I was thinking I have seen this many time before over the last 20 years and this game is going down to the wire. Who would play harder or be outcoached the 2nd half to win? It's the same old song and dance with this team from many years past. Is it the culture, coaches, players, FO? I know one thing. This existing staff and strategy to win with offense (alone) will never win championships. The whole organization needs a hard kick in the *** from top to bottom.

I agree with this.

The muff punt killed our momentum and that possession which forced another defensive series which led to a rams score. If that punt wasn't muffed we would of been choking the rams out with TOP and they would of been making even riskier plays to catch up. The game was firmly ours before that punt.

It was a huge momentum killer and point swing. It was the play of the game... unfortunately we were on the losing end of it.
Elite coaches put their players in position to make plays to retake momentum. Yes the fumble hurt big time but we had plenty of chances to get momentum back and failed throughout the 2nd half. When they drove down for the field goal end of the first half, they had us beat mentally and physically.

I was at the game yesterday. It really did. It changed the whole game
It did! Yes there was a lot of game left after the fumble but if you don't fumble and grind the ball and come away with some more points before the half, it totally changes the game.

Don't fool yourself.

The defense lost this game. Had the Rams scored a couple of TD's instead of all those FG's it would have been a blowout. The defense got pushed around all day.
The defense fumbled that punt? Threw that interception? Gave up that 66 yard kickoff return? That's 13 of the Rams 35 points right there.

So much happened after that it's ridiculous to say he "lost the game".

Our defense and offense were inept in the second half.
He didn’t help, but he sure didn’t lose the entire game himself. That was on Dak!!!!!!!!!
